Delivery within Canberra and Queanbeyan
A delivery fee of $12.00 applies for delivery of  all products available on our website.  You can purchase multiple products (as long as they are on the same checkout and have the same delivery address) for a $12.00 flat fee

Delivery excluding Canberra and Queanbeyan
TYPE A Product A delivery fee of $20.00 applies for delivery of TYPE A  products available on our website.  You can
purchase multiple TYPE A products (as long as they are on the same checkout and have the same delivery address)
for a $20.00 flat fee

TYPE B Product
A delivery fee of $65.00 applies for shipping to Metro* areas for each TYPE B product available on our website. 

TYPE C Product
A delivery fee of $90.00 applies for shipping to Metro* areas for each TYPE C product available on our website.

Delivery Times and Conditions
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We endeavour to dispatch all stock items purchased within 1 working day.  In the event that an item ordered is out of stock the customer will be notified immediately by phone or email.
Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.  Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns & Replacements

General
The purchaser must inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within three (3) working days of delivery notify the Seller of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote.  If the Buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.

Incorrect goods ordered
In the case of the incorrect goods being purchased the purchaser may return the goods (freight paid by the purchaser).  All incorrect goods purchased are subject to a Ten (10) precent (%) restocking fee. 

Ordering
To order your products simply browse our store, locate the products you wish to purchase and press the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your cart, click the Checkout button to proceed to the Checkout. Our checkout procedure is an easy step-by-step process where you will be asked for your billing, delivery and payment information. If you have any problems ordering please contact us.

You can view your orders anytime by logging into your customer account. After logging in, click on 'My Orders' on the right.

You can update your account information with us anytime by logging into your customer account. After logging in, select from the customer options on the right which include Account Information, Wishlist and Newsletter Subscription
